There is a place for everyone at Sugar Hill Church, no matter your stage of life! Join us on Sunday mornings at 8:30am, 10am, or 11:30am for a time of worship together.
If you’re planning to join us on an upcoming Sunday, we invite you to plan your visit in advance. We’d love to know a little more about you so we can create a personalized experience for you and your family. We’d love to meet you out front to help you navigate where you are going and answer any questions you may have so that your first experience here is easy and comfortable.
There's a lot going on around here, and we don't want you to miss out on a single thing!
It’s not hard to get connected, but it does take some intentionality.
Our Groups run in the Spring, Summer, and Fall, for about 3 months at a time, so it's easy to give Groups a try. We have groups for every stage of life, so go ahead, join one!
Baptism is a big deal around here at Sugar Hill Church - we love getting to celebrate stories of life change!
Make sure to check out our next Adult Baptism Class coming up Sunday, October 11 at 10am. This is for anyone who has recently made a decision to follow Jesus or those that have followed Jesus but haven’t been baptized yet.
We will unpack everything the Bible teaches about why, how, when, and who should be baptized. You can ask anything about anything!
During the 10am & 11:30am Gatherings, we also offer Middle School and High School Table Groups. We always start out with some free time in the Underground and Backyard between gatherings then split into table groups for teaching and discussion!
Have you ever felt like there was more underneath the Bible? Dreamed about learning Hebrew but felt intimidated? This is the class for you.
Hebrew 101 is a live, interactive, seven-week beginner course that invites you into the language of the Old Testament. No language background necessary. In a clear, fun, step-by-step format, you'll learn the alphabet, vowel system, and foundational vocabulary so you can begin reading real Hebrew words from Scripture. Expect biblical and cultural insights from Israel woven throughout, taught by Anna Beth Havenar, who holds an M.A. in Jewish Studies and has spent nearly a decade leading educational experiences in the region. By the end of the course, you’ll recognize all 22 Hebrew letters, learn 100+ words, practice reading short Scripture verses, and learn traditional blessings that Jesus himself knew. In other words: if you put in a little time, you’ll be reading Hebrew!
