The Church Met Together

The church leaders met in Jerusalem to answer a tough question: Can a person be saved by faith alone or is something more needed? The early church agreed that because of Jesus’ death and resurrection, He alone is all we need to be saved.

FAMILY DISCUSSION STARTERS:

What are different ways that people think they can get to heaven?
Why is faith in Jesus the only way to be saved?

FAMILY ACTIVITY:

Host a picnic for neighbors. Encourage kids to send handmade invitations to neighbors for a picnic in your yard or local green space. Provide the food and supplies or extend an invitation for neighbors to bring food. Ask God to provide opportunities to tell others about how He has provided all we need in Jesus!

If you desire to see kids grow in their relationship with God, there’s a place for you to serve in Sugar Hill Kids! Whether it's as a Small Group Leader, Assistant Leader, at Check-In, or in Large Group Worship, there's always a place to serve, weekly or every-other-week. Email Abigail for more info!

Did you know that on Sunday mornings, most of our kids rotate through a variety of environments and classrooms? When you come to pick up your kids, make sure to check the signs on their classroom doors!

Outside food and toys can cause confusion and potential allergic reactions in our Sunday morning classrooms. To help us maintain a safe environment for all our kids, please keep all outside food/drinks and toys at home (or in your car).
