• On Sunday morning, June 1st, we will have a Fast Pass table in the Kids area where you can get your child(ren) checked in and receive their VBS ID Card with group name and drop-off and pick-up locations.
• If you pre-ordered t-shirts, you can use your VBS ID Card to pick them up from the t-shirt table (available Sunday morning, and during VBS pickup each day during the week).
• Doors will open each morning at 8:50 am.
• If you are not able to take advantage of our Fast Pass table on Sunday, on Monday morning you will check your child in at our Check-In table located outside each entrance, where your child will be given his or her group name.
• PreK – 1st graders (this week they are called Primary colors – Red, Blue, or Yellow) will enter through the back entrance of campus.
• 2nd – 5th graders (this week they are called Bright colors – Pink, Green, Purple, or Orange) will enter through the front entrance of campus.
• Parents with children of both ages may choose either entrance. We recommend the back entrance so you may settle your younger child first.
• Signage will be posted as you enter campus. Please take a look at the map below.
• Once you are inside the church, there will also be directional signage on where to drop off your children.

• Snacks for the week will be: Rice Krispies Treats, Goldfish, Famous Amos (elementary), Oreos or Chips Ahoy 2 pack (PreK), Cheez-Its, Chips (variety pack). You can click on the individual items to view ingredients.
• If your child has an allergy to any of the above snacks, please send a labeled nut free snack with your child. Please give the snack to your child’s group leader.
• Throughout the week, kids may be interacting with:

Doors will open at noon each day for pick-up. Here is the process for picking up your child:

• On Monday morning, you will receive a pick-up security tag with instructions on the back.
• Take a picture of that code with your phone.
• Be ready to show that code each day at pick-up.
• Each family will have a specific security code. If you have multiple children, the code should be the same for all children. 
• If someone else other than yourself is picking up your child, share the hard copy security tag or text them a picture of the tag.
• If someone picks up your child that doesn’t have the security tag, they will be asked to see a Sugar Hill Kids Team member, show their ID, and a phone call will be made to you.

On Sunday, June 8th, all VBS participants are invited to sing a couple of the VBS songs in the Main Worship Services. If your child would like to participate, we recommend they wear their VBS t-shirt. Please make sure they are dropped off in the Theater (located in the Kids area) by 9:05 am for the 9:15 service or 10:50 am for the 11:00 am service.
