A weekend retreat JUST for our 6th-8th grade students! We will focus on content and worship geared solely for middle schoolers. This is a great way for MS students to connect to their small group and create lasting friendships as they launch into the new school year. It will be a weekend of awesome teaching, powerful worship, and fun activities!

This year, our High School Students are going to BigStuf! Main Sessions at BigStuf offer students dynamic worship and engaging speakers, providing tools and inspiration to live out their faith. Alongside these high-energy gatherings, students enjoy free time with options like beach volleyball, basketball, or relaxing by the shore. The heart of BigStuf is in Small Groups, where leaders guide meaningful conversations that help students deepen their faith and build a strong, supportive community.

MIX is a high-energy, middle school camp for 6th-8th graders packed with worship, Bible teaching, and hands-on calls to Kingdom Work, all designed with middle school fun in mind. Students can dive into games like gaga-ball, 9-square, dodgeball tournaments, and The Outer Realm, where 300-1,200 students come together for epic group games. This camp builds friendships and faith through play, creating powerful memories and sparking meaningful conversations in small groups. MIX is where fun meets faith and friendships thrive!

Summer Serve is an incredible event designed to give students the opportunity to serve in our community, schools, church, family, and world. It combines biblical teaching with hands-on service projects, worship, and lots of fun!

We love this event because it’s who we are here at Sugar Hill Church - we live out the Word of God by serving our community! Spots are extremely limited, so make sure to put the dates on your calendar and be on the lookout for registration information to be sent out in the Student Weekly Email!

We're so excited for our Student Mission trip to the Yucatan! We are partnering with Mission House International and will be serving the people in the Mayan village of Ichmul, Mexico. This trip is open to all CURRENT 8th-12th graders, but capacity is limited.

Cost: $1,650
(covers airfare, airport transportation from church and back, lodging at Mission House, meals served at Mission House [any meals outside MH are additional], transportation in Mexico, drinking water, interpreters, drivers, and some snacks)

We all need to get away from the normal distractions of life every now and then to focus on developing quality friendships and hearing truth from God. We want to give students the opportunity to do this several times a year. We're looking forward to coming together with other local churches in February for LIFT Gwinnett!

This is an in-town retreat with sessions hosted at Cross Pointe Church. Students will be staying in local host homes with their Small Groups hosted by Sugar Hill Church Adult Leaders. It will be a weekend of awesome teaching, powerful worship, and fun activities. The cost is $125 per student (includes all meals, t-shirt, programming, and transportation for the event).
