Imagine the opportunity to serve the very least of these. Children who have had family extinguished from their young lives. Sugar Hill Foster Care desires to place children in safe, Christ-honoring homes and serve and heal the biological family unit. To do that, we partner with various agencies to walk families through the process and support them from start to completion. We also build support teams to assist foster families with prayer, financial assistance, respite care, meal support, and mental and emotional health support.
At Grace Bridge, we walk alongside single moms and provide a culture that says “Welcome Home.” Grace Bridge exists to help single moms build a bridge to a right relationship with their Creator by providing support and resources to find direction, healing, and an independent, stable life. If you have a heart to be the hands and feet of Jesus, consider offering your time, skills, or expertise to directly engage with mother-led families.
Through the Community Impact Center, we provide food, clothing, furniture and household items to those who have a need and/or are new to the Sugar Hill area having relocated from other countries.
