Opening – Normalizing Drift
Can you relate to the idea of drift—getting off track without making any one big decision?
What tends to distract you most from paying attention to the direction of your life right now?
Question 1 – VISION (Wisdom That Plans)
When you hear the idea that
“every life ends up somewhere, but not every life ends up there on purpose,”
what comes to mind?
Which area of your life feels like it could use clearer vision right now—relationships, health, work, finances, faith, or margin?
What do you think happens when we don’t decide where we’re going and simply let life drift?
Question 2 – AWARENESS (Wisdom That Tells the Truth)
Why do you think honesty about where we are can feel uncomfortable—even when we know it’s necessary?
Is there an area of your life where clarity might be more helpful right now than answers or solutions?
What helps you stay curious instead of critical when you take an honest look at your life?
Question 3 – ACTION (Wisdom That Takes Steps)
What is one small, realistic step you could take this week that would move you in a healthier or more intentional direction?
Why do you think we’re often tempted to look for big changes instead of small, consistent steps?
Who could help encourage or support you as you take that next step?
Closing Reflection
If this year were an experiment guided by wisdom instead of pressure, what might you do differently?
What would it look like to treat this year as an experiment rather than a performance?
