• On Thursday, May 28th, you will receive a text (from 833-416-3964) with your child's group name and drop-off and pick-up locations. If for any reason, you do not receive this text, there will be people at each entrance on Monday morning to assist you in finding your child's group.
• If you pre-ordered a t-shirt, your child will be given their shirt in their group on Monday just before pick-up.
• Doors will open each morning at 8:50 am.
• PreK – 1st graders (this week they are called Primary colors – Red, Blue, or Yellow) will enter through the Back Entrance of campus.
• 2nd – 5th graders (this week they are called Bright colors – Pink, Green, Purple, or Orange) will enter through the Front Entrance of campus.
• Parents with children of both ages may choose either entrance. We recommend the back entrance so you may settle your younger child first.
• Signage will be posted as you enter campus. Please take a look at the map below.
• Once you are inside the church, there will also be directional signage on where to drop off your children.

Each year at VBS, we collect donations to help one of our partner organizations with a service project. It's a fun competition between our Primary Color groups (PreK-1st Grade) and our Bright Color groups (2nd-5th grades), and it's cool to see how God uses donations every year!

This year we are partnering with The Corner Gathering and Sugar Hill Beyond to provide school supplies for local schools in Peachtree Corners.

Supplies to bring:

• 3 ring 1" binder
• 2 pocket folders
• loose leaf paper
• spiral notebooks
• composition notebooks
• Ticonderoga pencils
• pencil pouches
• index cards
• backpacks

There will be Giving Challenge boxes at both entrances where kids can drop donations on the way in!

• Snacks for the week will be: Rice Krispies Treats, Goldfish, Pillsbury Soft-Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies (elementary), Oreos or Chips Ahoy 2 pack (PreK), Cheez-Its, Chips (variety pack). You can click on the individual items to view ingredients.
• If your child has an allergy to any of the above snacks, please send a labeled nut free snack with your child. Please give the snack to your child’s group leader.

Throughout the week, kids may be interacting with:

• Primary Color Groups:
  • Monday: Corn Starch, Food Coloring
  • Wednesday: Corn, Rice, & Beans
  • Thursday: Tasting Strawberries
• Bright Color Groups:
  • Monday: Spinach, Rubbing Alcohol, Food Coloring
  • Thursday: Applesauce
  • Friday: Aerosol Hairspray
• All Groups: glue

Doors will open at noon each day for pick-up. Here is the process for picking up your child:

• On Monday morning, you will receive a pick-up security tag with instructions on the back.
• Take a picture of that code with your phone.
• Be ready to show that code each day at pick-up.
• Each family will have a specific security code. If you have multiple children, the code should be the same for all children. 
• If someone else other than yourself is picking up your child, share the hard copy security tag or text them a picture of the tag.
• If someone picks up your child that doesn’t have the security tag, they will be asked to see a Sugar Hill Kids Team member, show their ID, and a phone call will be made to you.

On Sunday, June 7th, all VBS participants are invited to sing a couple of the VBS songs in the Main Worship Services. If your child would like to participate, we recommend they wear their VBS t-shirt. Please make sure they are dropped off in the Theater (located in the Kids area) by 9:05 am for the 9:15 service or 10:50 am for the 11:00 am service.
