Color Group Leaders (“Dive Leaders”), please arrive by 8:15 am each day. Station Group Leaders (drama, music, craft, rec, Bible, etc) please arrive by 8:45 am.
Park in the parking lot adjacent to Hillcrest and enter via the loading dock door (door code is in the email/text you received).
If your own children are in childcare or in an opposite color group from you (ex: you’re leading a Bright Color group and your child is in a Primary Color Group or vice versa), you can take them down to childcare/early drop off at 8:20am in the Preschool (fishtank) Lobby. If you are a Station Group Leader, your child (PreK-5th) can be dropped off when doors open at 8:50am.
If your child has an allergy to any of the above snacks, please send a labeled nut free snack with your child. Please give the snack to your child’s group leader.
Throughout the week, kids may be interacting with food dye, tuna fish, salt, Dawn dish soap, and bubble solution. If your child is allergic or can’t touch these items, please inform their leader when you drop them off each day.
